Melina is Senior Manager of Global Sustainability at Gap Inc. She currently leads social impact programming for Gap Inc.’s network of North American Distribution Centers, with a focus on English Language Learners, refugees and immigrants. With her decade-plus tenure at Gap Inc., she has led strategy, partnerships and operations for multiple social impact programs across the apparel value chain, including supporting the launch of the Alliance for Bangladesh Worker Safety and RISE, a collaborative initiative advancing gender equity at scale across the garment, footwear and home textiles supply chains.
Melina currently sits on the San Francisco Leadership Council for Upwardly Global. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from UC Berkeley.
